Anthony Ozomaro, 37, was sentenced Tuesday, May 14, on a charge of second-degree murder for killing his ex-girlfriend Nikkole Riojas on March 8, 2019. He continuously disrupted Kalamazoo County Circuit Judge Kenneth Barnard, telling the judge he didn't recognize the court's authority over him.
