Even Dim Light May Disrupt Children's Sleep, Research Finds
Screen time before bed has been shown to delay sleep in adults. Now, researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder have found that even very dim light can disrupt children's sleep. That's important because it's estimated that about half of young children use screens in the hour before bedtime.
