Lunch Recipe: Shrimp Omelet (for 1 serving)
1-2 Tsp of cooking oil
2-3 eggs
1/4-1/3 Tomato
1/6 onion
1-2 mushrooms
5-6 shrimps
+ cheese, salt, and pepper

Dinner Recipe: Shrimp Tomato Cream Pasta (for 2 servings)
2-3 Tsp of olive oil
1 Tsp of minced garlic
3-4 white mushrooms
10-15 shrimps
150-200ml tomato sauce (Amazon Fresh)
50-100ml half and half (it makes the sauce smoother and more creamy)
200-250g Linguine
+ salt and pepper
