Now before I go into details:
- Usually, a risky investment can make you an insane amount of money
- But it's kinda like Vegas, you can make a lot of money but all the odds are against you
- So 9 out of 10 times you walk out with less than you walk in with

1. Penny Stocks
- Now I think everyone has seen the movie with Leo
- The wolf of wall street, where these guys figure out away
- To sell penny stuck or junk stocks to rich people and the make a ton of money ( if you haven’t seen the movie go watch it)

But Penny Stocks Always seems like a Fast way Wealth ( like a lottery ticket)
- I’ve seen a bunch of ads on youtube with guys saying if you invested in this Penny stock just $1000 bucks, you would have 4.2 million today
- Now buy my course and ill teach you to see the future.

However:
- Penny stocks are usually small companies that trade for a very low price
- On top of that when you buy a share, you might not be able to sell it ( because demand is lower)
- And on top of that because they trade over the counter and not in the New York stock exchange ( accounting standard are not held up high)

For example:
- You buy $1000 worth of a penny stock ( then you cant sell it )
- On top of that, the company may have lied in their account documents
- The people that will make the most money are the brokers ( so they might pump the stock price up to and then dump it)

Tip: just one minute of googling will show you how risky it is, and all those people on youtube. Just make the money from selling you their course. Don’t fall for it.

2. Day Trading
- Now Day trading is kinda like the NBA of the stock market
- You hear about an average salary of 2.9 million and you go crazy
- However, they forget to mention that the odds of getting into the NBA is around .03%, that’s 3 in 10,000 people

Same for Day trading:
- Around 80% of them make money and the crazy idea is that even within that 20%
- The average ones that do make money, might make 70k per year
- After taxes make it 50k per year

Plus: it's not a hobby, passive income or a side hustle: its full-time job with big consequences.

But Tommy Youtubers do it:
- Yeah just like the NBA you’ll always that .03%
- But noticed that even those YouTuber, they always are selling a course
- And the smart ones, always diversify into real estate and long term trading

Tip: Obviously it's risky and also a full-time job and also takes skill. And anyone selling you a course saying that its easy have their own motives.

3. Gambling( option Trading)
- The idea is that you buying contract
- To buy or sell stock at a certain price into the future
- And if your right you make money and if you can't predict the future then you lose money. ( which entire life I haven’t seen anyone predict the future)

However:
- There are smart ways to use options to leverage your current investments
- To minimize risk
- But again its something you need to learn from

Overall:
- If you notice all of these games are extremely risky and its like the lottery you might win but 9 out of 10 times you’re going to lose
- And I don’t like those odds
- And that’s why I’ve never gone to vegas

there are 2 solid ways to invest:
- Analyzing good companies and buying at a good price
- Investing into S&P 500 index fund or ETF and letting it go on autopilot

Oh and before I forget:
- I made money on 4 out of the 5 stocks I picked
- I lost around $1000 in GoPro
- And if I knew what I knew today, I would never invest into go pro and I would have never sold my other investment
