Fictional History of the National Anthem (Based on the Serie)

This fictitious territory without effective control of South Korea it's located in the Northeast of this Country. It's very rocky and has an altitude of 85 meters above sea level. Beneath this island which is almost always covered by clouds hides a wicked underground world of Illegal Games created by Korean and American billionaires in the year 1988 when the Seoul Olympics were held. It's estimated that there have been 33 editions to date with a total of 14,800 fatalities, mostly gamblers from the peninsula.
The structure is pyramidal, where at the highest are the V.I.P.S. or creators, underneath the Leader who is changing each time and then followed by the soldiers who have powerful weapons and maintain order within this Island of Games.
The system of government appears to be a Mafia Assembly of V.I.P.S.
As for its status with respect to South Korea, it is unknown, it's believed that there is a de Facto independence or the "country" is aware of this, since it is assumed that the soldiers are real soldiers of the Korean Army dedicated to cleaning gamblers, a greater evil in the country.
There are several hypotheses that there is a type of Freemasonry or internal brotherhood.

As for the National Anthem, there are at least 10 melodies within the game where the Blue Danube Waltz tends to sound in the most important events.
