After a cold shower of the first batch, "Fakel" managed to return to the game. Vadim Yutsevich and Korney Enns, who replaced Vladislav Babkevich and Nikita Morozov, entered the starting lineup of the Yamal team for the second set.
And for the first time in this match, the Yamal team took the lead in the score, which was helped by aces performed by Enns and Dinaykin. And until the end of the set, the Zenit players remained in the role of catching up – the serve was no longer flying so powerfully, mistakes appeared in the once flawless attack of the Zenit players - 17:13 in favor of the TORCH. By the end of the game, Viktor Sidelnikov's wards, not without the help of Yamal's mistakes, pulled up in the score, but Babkevich's accurate shot brought the hosts a victory in the set – 25:22.
The beginning of the third game was left for the "Fakel" - 7:4, but Yakovlev's ace and Poletaev's attack helped Zenit to even the score – 7:7. With a couple of unforced errors, the Yamal team started the fourth game, plus Voronkov laid two aces, and by the score of 4:9 Roman Yepolov used both of his timeouts. However, the Polar explorers continued to make mistakes, they did not get along well in the final game, and by the equator of the party, Zenit already had a comfortable advantage – 14:8. Both teams have changed almost the entire squad – Nikita Morozov, Vadim Yutsevich, Yevgeny Sivozhelez and Alexey Kovalchuk appeared at the TORCH, and Dmitry Kovalev, Andrey Ananyev, Pavel Zheleznyakov and Timofey Tikhonov appeared at Zenit. The game continued on balance, and in the most stubborn confrontation luck smiled at Zenit - ace Voronkova put an end to this crazy match.
