Cele mai importante 10 cauze care induc intrarea in insolventa a companiilor. In primii 10 ani de experienta in managementul riscului de credit (perioada 2005-2015) am analizat toate cele 100.000 de companii romanesti care au intrat in insolventa, am predat cursuri de analiza financiara la peste 1.000 de participanti la seminariile mele, am publicat peste 100 de studii / analize financiare si am cunoscut peste 1.000 de antreprenori din toate sectoarele de activitate si regiunile tarii. In urma acestor experiente, am observat 10 greseli comune care induc intrarea in insolventa a companiilor. Am sintetizat tot ceea ce am invatat in acesti 10 ani intr-o carte de 470 pagini, scrisa in aproape 3 ani (peste 3000 de ore de munca). Cartea este intitulata „De Ce Esueaza Companiile? 10 Greseli & 100 Solutii” si a fost lansata in februarie 2018 la editura Publica, ajungand in scurt timp un reper in literatura de analiza financiara din Romania. Experienta mea de 10 ani, surprinsa intr-o carte scrisa in 3 ani, va fi sintetizata intr-un discurts de 15 minute la TEDx Floreasca! Iancu Guda is responsible for the development of service projects as Services Director of Coface Credit Management Services. Iancu has over 10 years of experience in credit risk management. Starting with 2013, he is associate lecturer at the Romanian Banking Institute, where he teaches advanced financial analysis and corporate finance courses within the CEFA program. Also starting with 2017, Iancu is authorized by ASF as Vice President and Independent Administrator on the Board of Directors of BRD Asset Management.

Educational background:

After graduating from the ASE FABBV faculty, Iancu successfully completed the DOFIN – European Center of Excellence in 2010, all three levels of CFA certification in 2016, and is licensed as an authorized ANC trainer. Starting with November 2014, Iancu attends the EMBA Sheffield University courses, which he finished successfully at the end of 2016, being the only winner of the full national scholarship.
