EPEver eBox WiFi 01 STA Mode and its own Power Supply

I need to use a long ethernet cable as my Tracer 3210AN controller is about 35 meters away in my shed. But due to the eBox being powered directly from the controller and me using a 40 meter cable there wasn't enough power to run the eBox. I solved this by adding my own, a small DC to DC circuit, DC jack and an old 5v USB phone charger. Works very well and doesn't appear to interfere with the controller in anyway. An added bonus is the extra power increases the wireless range of the adapter.

As you may have notice in the video, the eBox automatically connects to my home WiFi network because its in Station Mode. This can be easily done if you follow
St!CK3L recommendation on Adam Welch's "Hacked EPEver WiFi to RS485" video.

St!CK3L's workaround really does work.
You can download the file called "select_cn.html" from the link below.

But use it at your own risk.

My eBox has a reset button inside(accessed via a small hole in the case) that reverts it back to AP mode. If yours doesn't there's a chance you could brick the eBox.
