Wife of Pochekaev when knows her husband has such relations with step daughter decides to commit suicide. Kovalyov with Leader split after sharing the money. Kovalyov calls running away Pochekaev and challenges him with personal meet. At the same time Kovalyov invites Kuzin. During meeting Kovalyov tells Pochekaev of circumstances that lead to his bank capturing. He says he decided to ruin Pochekaev’s life and the goal was reached. Pochekaev shoots Kovalyov to death. But Pochekaev himself is shot by shortly before arrived Shishkin. Pochekaev is wounded and is going to end up in jail. Secret photos of girls are burnt in ashtray.
Some weeks later Leader and now on his feet Ivan sign a contract to serve the French Legion and leave the country.
