On this ice maker issue it was was to figure out. Ice was getting stuck and would jam up causing an intermittent ice making issue. The ice slide was broken. This allowed the ice to jam. To fix this particular we needed to replace the ice maker. You could not get a new ice slide for this unit. So we had to replace the ice maker.
