RECIPES

*Rawnola*
- 2 cups dates (pitted)
- 1 cup raw rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Pulse together in food processor
Store in glass jar in fridge
(I’ve also made this with walnuts in place of oats - both are great!)

*Herb Salad Dressing*
- Handful of fresh cilantro / parsley or basil
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small piece of ginger
- Himalayan salt & pepper to taste
Blend all together in high-speed blender until smooth
Makes two servings, can store the other half in fridge for next day

*Almond Milk*
- 1 cup almonds (soaked
- 4 cups water
- 1 date
Blend on high speed for 2-3 mins
Squeeze through nut milk bag (https://amzn.to/350mDxn)

Store in fridge for 3/4 days

*Satay Sauce for Pad Thai* (can also be used as a salad dressing)
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- Piece of ginger
- 2 tbsp water
Blend all together in high-speed blender until smooth
Makes two servings, can store the other half in fridge for next day
