Mini PixHawk Lite Build Part 2 -Load 3.3 Firmware & Configure in Mission Planner

How to use the Mission Planner to load the V3.3 Firmware, Calibrate, and Configure the Mini PixHawk Lite. We also setup the Telemetry Radios and use the link to calibrate the compass and accelerometers, gyros. I tried to include everything I could about the setup.
Next video (Part 3) will be about doing AutoTune to automatically set the PIDs while flying in the air.
