Can you drive a Festival bus up Mount Chiliad - GTA Online

In this video we see if it's possible to transport a Festival bus up to the top of Mount Chiliad, the tallest mountain in Grand Theft Auto Online.

The festival bus is a driveable party bus that was added as part of the After hours content update/DLC.
