China burns its coronavirus victims, bans funerals
China has banned funerals for people infected with the coronavirus and has ordered bodies to be cremated to avoid spreading the deadly virus further.
The Global Times reiterated the National Health Commission’s message in a tweet which said victims “should be cremated close by and immediately”.
