Two crews brave the rain to yank 4 illegally parked cars in the span of about 5 minutes. These cars all ignored the many NO PARKING signs and decided to take the risk. Each one paid a minimum of $150 to get their car out of impound, not to mention transportation to the lockup 20 miles away.
