January 29, 1984. Carmichael Auditorium hosted this tremendous duel between Michael Jordan and Jerry 'Ice' Reynolds. Jerry is an upcoming guest on my NBA-history podcast. Stay tuned.

Air and Ice both scored 29 points on an assortment of crazy dunks and athletic plays. Late in the game, Jordan received a technical foul for pushing an opponent who hard-fouled Kenny 'The Jet' Smith.
