Yep. You read it right. In this video I will teach you how to make an amazing swimmable mermaid tail for under $25. Our little girls love their tails and yours will too. This is a DIY that you really can DIY. Same some money. Don't spend hundreds of dollars on a mermaid tail when you can make one yourself.
