Mr. Anirudh Damani, the founder of Artha Group of Companies and the managing partner of Artha Venture Fund, took us through the journey from his college life experiences to where he is today and made us realize that it is okay to not follow a plan that is set in stone. By sharing the story of his 1.0 GPA, he taught us that it is okay to embrace downfalls and that sometimes success only comes after the hustle. He has inspired one and all towards normalizing the idea of not following past assumptions over desired careers and explaining by his example that you can reach heights even if you take a different turn. Mr. Anirudh Damani is the Managing Partner at Artha Venture Fund. His professional journey started with an extremely humble beginning where he went from door to door in West Texas' streets to convince homeowners to switch their electricity provider to Stream Energy.
After the undulating ripples in his life, Mr. Damani now leads India's first revenue stage microVC fund. He is also the Founder of Artha Group of Companies and an active blogger on the Indian startup ecosystem. He has a double major in economics and business administration from Austin College.
