Denza is a joint venture between BYD and Mercedes-Benz, which established in 2010, and now BYD holds 90% of the shares.
The D9 is Denza's latest MPV model, available in two types, PHEV and EV, mainly for mid-to-high-end segment. Its competitive models include Buick GL8, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Alphard, Lexus LM, etc.
The D9 has a vehicle size of 5250mm long, 1960mm wide, 1920mm high, and a wheelbase of 3110mm. The PHEV version has two-wheel drive and four-drive powertrains with a maximum cruising range of up to 1040km (NEDC); the EV version has a maximum cruising range of more than 600km (CLTC).
The pre-sale price range of D9 in China is $49,900 to $68,600 .
