Things to Know Before Going to UMICH

Hey Maddsters! I just finished my first year at the University of Michigan and I just wanted to share some things I've learned with you all!

A quick overview since this video is long :)
1. College is whack because there's no rules
2. No one cares what anyone else is doing
3. No one knows what they're doing
4. There will be a culture shock
5. Don't worry about your major
6. Classes are hard, so you have to put in effort
7. Go to lectures
8. Use your resources
9. 8ams aren't that bad
10. You're always busy
11. It's hard to make friends in the beginning
12. Do an early move-in program!

14. It's ok to do stuff by yourself
15. Dorms are amazing
16. Dining hall food is underrated
17. You do NOT have to be bff's with your roommate
18. Everyone is sick
19. Try the restaurants in Ann Arbor
20. Learn how to use the buses
21. Be thankful for the opportunity to attend a great school!
