This week, Shizuka travel to Okazaki, home to a unique type of miso. Hatcho miso, a dark red miso with a strong taste and history, can be incorporated into a myriad of classic Japanese dishes. Touring the Kakukyu Hatcho Miso village, Shizuka learns how this miso is made, and of course, tries the many tasty foods featuring Hatcho miso.
