Learning and reciting poems is a great way to improve your Vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and listening skills. Memorizing poems is such a useful tool for language learning.
You read the words and then you hear them as you recite. Different parts of your brain respond when you look at the words and when you hear them, and because you use two regions of your brain simultaneously, you have more chances to store all these new words and phrases into your long-term memory.
