The exercise that makes me happy is rock climbing, but yours could be something else. The point is, you need to discover THAT exercise. Otherwise, you might be stuck in a cycle, which is no exercise, getting motivated by something, doing exercise that’s boring, not being able to follow through and stopping exercising again, and someday getting motivated….
