Morning Yoga flow for BJJ, Headstand intermediate inversion #shorts

One of my goals is to eventually get my toes to my head! Here is some inversion work. Followed by breathwork and meditation by female yogi Alexandra Wendling! I like this one because it helps stretch the lower back and also can stretch the groin and hamstrings really well with the leg placement. Because you are inverted upside down, the gravity pulls to stretch just enough rather than when you're on the floor.
