GEARBEST - Li-po Battery Indicator Display Board Power Storage Monitor - Multi 1S

The colors are not as pale as captured by my camera, but more vivid even more vivid than the ones shown in the product description by the seller. The bars are blue and the battery contour is red. For some reason, I was expecting only the blue bars to light up at different stages and the red contour to light up red only when there are no bars left. But the red contour lights up with all the blue bars and presumably remains the only light on the display when the last blue bar switches off.

I need this battery indicator because I bought some cheap 1A 5200mah power banks and plan on reusing the batteries (2 x 18650 in each one) to make a much bigger powerbank that can supply 2A or 3A.
