Famous Turkish MALAGA CAKE! If You Have CHOCOLATE & BANANA Make This!

If you have banana and chocolate at home, this might be the best dessert recipe you can make! Malaga cake is a very famous cake served in Turkish cafes with coffee or tea. I am going to show you how you can make it easily at home from scratch!
Ingredietns For Malaga Cake:
For The Cacao Cake:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup + 1heaped tbsp all-purpose flour (in total)
3 heaped tbsp corn starch (use flour instead if you can't find it)
2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
1 packed or 2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
vegetable oil to grease the pan
9X13 inch baking tray
For the vanilla pudding:
1 egg yolk
6 tbsp sugar
1 heaped tbsp corn starch
2+1/2 tbsp heaped tbsp all-purpose flour
2+1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp butter
To lighten the pudding (optional):
Option 1: 2-3 tbsp cream chantili powder and about 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Option 2: Use heavy cream instead or with whipped cream
For the ganache:
60 gr. bittersweet
60gr. milk chocolate
100gr. heavy cream
To assemble: 10-12 small bananas, white chocolate to decorate (optional)
