In this talk, Grace Huang shares her career path decisions from being a straight A student who studies marine biology to dedicating in her interest, cooking. Grace gave up her education in the sciences under full scholarship to pursue her interest in the culinary field. In defiance of the disapproval from people around her, she pursued her dream going to culinary school in France and completed her study ranking first in her class.
