Transitioning From The Stroller - When Is The Right Time?

I've been thinking it might be time to start transitioning Zoe from her pram ( Stroller as its called in a lot of other countries ) but she's not quite ready to give up the free ride yet and I'm also not quite ready to have to carry her when her legs get tired either... My back just can't take it! I'm getting old guys! lol. I remember it took a while to transition Ava but I think it's good for kids to get out and walk and experience a little bit of independence and while I'm not trying to do it over night I've decided to start leaving it in the car here and there and begin the transition slowly
