Fantasy Fest 2016 in 4K (22)

#FantasyFest is #KeyWest version of #Halloween but it differs in one major way - simply put, it's not kids friendly. Some of the costumes at #FantasyFest are simply too explicit. It is legal in Key West for women to be completely naked with only body paint over nipples and below; guys must have a piece of cloth over penis. But, even these relaxed rules are not really enforced during Halloween resulting in pretty wild show.
