Best Settings GoPro Max

Testing settings on GoPro MAX.
Looking at image quality before and after adjusting with the GoPro Mobile app on my Android LG v30 with the following settings:

Shutter: Auto
EV: -1
ISO MIN: 100
ISO MAX: 100
WB: Auto
Sharpness: Low
Color: Flat

And then with default settings:

Shutter: Auto
EV: 0
ISO MIN: 100
ISO MAX: 3200
WB: Auto
Sharpness: High
Color: GoPro

And then my usual settings:
Shutter: Auto
EV: -0.5
ISO MIN: 100
ISO MAX: 3200 (Usually I would make this 800)
WB: Auto (I do try to set this manually in most cases when convenient)
Sharpness: Medium
Color: GoPro
Full edit done with GoPro Mobile app, which does pretty good except the auto lowering of audio volume at the end.
