Items Needed

* Plastic Bag
* Water
* Sharpened Pencils

Instructions
===========
Step 1 - Fill a plastic bag a little over 1/2 way full of water. Seal the bag

Step 2 - Quickly stab a sharpened pencil through the bag.

Why doesn't the water leak out of the holes?
