These rods come in both spinning and casting models. These fishing rods are designed for saltwater fishing. They feature integrated poly curve tooling technology and high modulus graphite blanks. Like most St. Croix rods these were made in the USA. Both models feature slim profile ferrules and Kigan Z guide platform that reduces weight while maintaining proper stripper guide ring height for optimum line flow efficiency. The Avid X series rods are designed for highly skilled bass and walleye anglers.
