Hey babes! So we probably all know when ELF released their super affordable $6 16-hour camo concealer that the beauty community went nuts! It was definitely a game-changer for the drugstore. Unfortunately, not everyone can use a matte heavy-duty concealer and thus the new hydrating camo concealer was born!
