Ninos Du Brasil - Sombra Da Lua

Official imploded video for NINOS DU BRASIL 'Sombra da Lua' from the album 'Novos Mistérios' (Hospital Productions).
Ninos Du Brasil commisioned a video for each track of the album to Carlos Casas who has created expecially for the band a series of 'Imploded Cinema' clips, a tribute to the dark classics of Brazilian cinema. In the director's words 'I wanted to create a new presentation, a new implosion of those classic of those mysterious Brazilian Movies by Mario Peixoto, Vladimir Carvalho , Rogerio Sganzerla, Ruy Guerra, Anselmo Duarte, and Neville de Almeida.
All desecrated and re-edited to create a hallucinatory vision of cine-psychedelic unison to the music of Ninos du Brasil.
A true imploded cinema experience.

Limite is a film by Brazilian director and writer Mário Peixoto (1908–92), filmed in 1930 and first screened in 1931.

Sometimes cited as the greatest of all Brazilian films,[1] this 120-minute silent experimental feature by novelist Peixoto, who never completed another film, was seen by Orson Welles and won the admiration of everyone from Sergei Eisenstein to Georges Sadoul to Walter Salles.
