Practising The Prelude from the cafe scene from 17 Moments of Spring by Mikael Tariverdiev. I was asked by Vera Tariverdiev to perform this piece in order open a season of screenings at Pushkin House and The Barbican in London to celebrate the life of a musical genius and one of the greatest modern soviet film composers.
