During testing of the GPS function, I found it to be unreliable, placing me and my extensive tracks out in the middle of the ocean, hundreds of miles offshore from Australia. During exercising the speed and pace numbers jumped as if the device were only taking samples every 10 seconds or so. That may be great for long life, but it is unsatisfactory during a physical workout.
