The patient sits with both feet on the table or bed, looking forward. Subsequently, she lets herself fall backward with a pillow under her shoulder and her head turned 45° to the right. She stays in this position for 30 seconds. Afterwards, she turns her head quickly 90° to the left side followed by a turn of the whole body to the left so that her nose is pointing at the floor.
