I know we kind of got away from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs (first video here: https://youtu.be/QmQcQBpw1vg), but I want to revisit it for just a brief moment!
Most people aren't knowledgeable about Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs unless they have studied psychology 101. But my goal in this video is to help you identify what his theory is and how it relates to us.

Why 2020 is so hard has a lot to do with our underlying anxiety and fear around losing the things that cater to our basic needs (i.e., money, shelter, exposure to friends and family, employment, free-will, etc).
It's a difficult time. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs helps us understand why things are so difficult for most of us today.

In this video, I discuss Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs as it relates to trauma and the things we have already lost.
