I tend to try and re-use, scavenge, destroy pretty much anything electrical, am a hobbyist, and to keep the hobby affordable it makes sense...

I was sick of sitting for hours (so it seems) with soldering iron, wick and a manual pump. Saw one of these, and am really impressed. Ok, It's CHEAP.. you get what you pay for, I'll be changing the mains wire to silicone and see if I can get an earth in there somehow for that "feel good, safe" factor..

In reality, it does what it says it does, and so far, does it well...
