The MacBook Pros saw a redesign back in May but notably, the entry level 13 inch macbook pros did not receive a spec bump like the rest of their computers did. That changed several days ago where the entry level macbook pro 13 inch finally received some love and now makes for a very promising device. Sporting a 1.4GHz i5 Quad-Core processor, this macbook is in competition with the macbook air for best entry level computer. While the macbook air is lighter, and more portable while also being cheaper, for not much more money, you get the 13" macbook Pro with the new touchbar and touch ID sensor.
