Led by Honorable Lujaina Mohsin Darwish (FRSA) as the chairperson, the MHD-ITICS cluster has embarked on an ambitious growth plan that consists of three thrust areas: focus on growth of existing business verticals, strategic diversification through acquisitions locally and overseas, and expansion into adjacencies and similar businesses. She presides with poise and elan over a highly complex and hugely varied group of businesses. With the strength of the legacy inherited from her late father, Mohsin Haider Darwish, and guided by his philosophy of “people first”, she brings a humane dimension to the nitty-gritty of managing a large business. Honorable Lujaina’s vision for MHD-ITICS is to make the business cluster grow rapidly, achieving dominance through gaining market share, while at the same time creating employment opportunities for the Omani workforce, and contributing to Oman’s economic growth. Honorable Lujaina’s valuable insights have significantly contributed to the growth and expansion of the company, helping to create competencies, identify and hone talent, and co-create innovative solutions.
