MGSV: Phantom Pain - Get Quiet Back (Works) Metal Gear Solid 5

Works on all platforms. Learn how to get Quiet back in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. After Patch 1.06 in mid-November, 2015, Quiet will return to Mother Base if you succeed in capturing her a number of times on Mission 11 (Cloaked in Silence), and later you can deploy her as a buddy again. Previously, she was gone forever if you have finished Mission 45: A Quiet Exit. Just follow the quick guide in this video (step 1 is optional) to get her back using the fastest method possible, including the secret supply drop on her head.
