Today I am talking to Dr. John Gray, the author of the most well-known and trusted relationship book of all times, "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus." His new book, “Beyond Mars and Venus,” describes the way in which changes in gender roles have added to confusion in relationships while simultaneously creating opportunities for soulmate connections like never before.

Relationships have changed so much over the last 50 years because there's been so much of a change in gender roles. Beginning in the 1950’s and 1960’s, men began embracing their feminine sides while women began to take on more masculine roles.

These changing dynamics have created more equality than ever in our relationships, but they’ve also led to hormonal imbalances that have significant consequences on our health and the wellbeing of our relationships.
