125 Days of Eating the Lion Diet (Ruminant Meat Carnivore Diet)

I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet called the “Lion Diet” as coined by Mikhaila Peterson. Lion Diet a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.
