Simple Exercise for instant relief from low back pain | Tummy Tuck in- quick relief from backache

In this video Dr. Varun Wasil (MPT Orthopaedics) Consulatant Physiotherapist shared one simple exercise and trick for instant relief from low back pain specially when it is related movement of spine due to disc prolapse or muscle weakness or muscle balance in spine. It is related to instability around spine. Core muscles are very important for stability around the spine specially when it is related to movement.

When there is weak core it doesn’t support our spine from anterior side and there is intervertebral movements which cause pain in low back. Tummy tuck in exercise is basic exercise to strengthen core muscles. Deep abdominals like transverse abdominis and multifidus is base of core muscles.

Tummy tuck in is simple exercise. Just tuck your tummy in while doing expiration (breathe out). Command your naval to pull inside as deep as you can. This exercise is very helpful for instant lower back pain relief while getting up from bed and while turning side at night time while sleeping. Tummy Tuck is helpful to relief pain in muscle spasm while lifting body up from pelvic region.
