Ah halloumi, that lovely squeeky, cheeky cheese! Very nice grilled or fried, but i'd always wanted to try to make my own. In this video I try 2 VERY different methods, both in time, cost and final taste. It was a really fun experiment and I hope you get inspired to give it a go!
