‘No safe zone’ in Rafah as Israelis pound Gaza’s last refuge

Despite ongoing talks in Cairo for a ceasefire, Palestinians in Gaza remain cautious due to intense bombing. Air attacks and shelling have hit Rafah and eastern Gaza. Over 34 were killed, 26 from Rafah. Many are trapped under rubble; rescue efforts hindered. Residents say safety is impossible in a war zone.
