KEY summary to letting low float penny stocks like $FFHL $RKDA run. If the stock has:
1. Low float
2. Breaking above daily resistance levels
3. Daily chart shows EMPTY space to run to the upside
4. HOLD on to your winner and let it work. (But of course scale out on the way up)

When approaching a penny stock gap up premarket, I always start on the daily chart. And draw significant daily support and resistance lines from there. The price levels will reflect where the areas of selling and buying are.

Usually the daily chart will reflect the usual trading behavior of a stock. Stocks like $FFHL and $DPW are historically likely to sell off quickly. This is how the daily charts and candles can help you form a trading bias.

But just because the bias is short on these low float penny stocks, it doesn't mean you should short anything thats "up too much". Next is to look at how the stock is trading intraday around the significant daily support and resistance lines.

If stock is holding an important daily price level, then it's likely to run to the next resistance on the daily. This is how you set price targets for your intraday trades. Daily charts like $FFHL, $FL show a lot of room to run to the next price targets. Then if you're in those positions, you should let your position run and scale out along the way.
