XTAR PB2C Portable Power Bank Charger Review

The PB2C by XTAR is a portable power bank that lets you add your own 18650 batteries of any type to be charged and also to provide USB power when needed.  A truly flexible product for your power needs.  I use it to charge my reclaimed flat tops.  The batteries can then be used to charge my phone, tablet, or BL-5C/NiMH radios.  You can open the cover and take a battery out and use it in a flashlight and/or radio as an immediate power source.  Amazing device!  The low price makes this one a no-brainer :)

Balanced Charge/Discharge when two Batteries are installed.
Type C Input.
Simple, SoC LEDs. Also used to show a Battery Short or Reversed Polarity issue.
Compact, and Smooth Corners make it Pocket Friendly.
A great on the Go Charger.
Will run on a Single Cell.
Low Cost. Great to have a Couple around the House/Auto.
Great as a Cell Holder.
Two Amp Output to quickly charge a Phone/Tablet.

Features that could be added or improved on:
A four bay unit.
A small LED for a Light Source.
A Velcro strap for extra security to keep the lid closed and to hold the cable.

Overall, there is not much to improve on this wonderful power bank charger system. For under $13, you are getting a two amp charger and the ability to populate the bays how you see fit. Just make sure to use the same type of cells to avoid any trouble. A welcome, on the go companion, for your flashlight and radio needs.
