My 18 recipe tested Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe!
2 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp instant espresso powder
1 cup dairy free milk mixed with 1 tbs of vinegar
flax egg (2 tbs. extra ground flax + 4 tbs water)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbs. vanilla (the good stuff)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup of chocolate chips!!!

-Mix milk and vinegar, set aside
-Mix water and flax, set aside
-Sift and mix dry ingredients together
-Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until JUST combined. Pour in boiling water a little at a time while mixing on low
-Fold in chocolate chips
-Bake at 350F for about 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean
-ENJOY!
